DSS office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with after hours and weekend support to cater to the specific needs of our clients. All on-call recruiters carry pagers and/or cell phones allowing accessibility 24 hours per day.

Prompt Response Time

DSS uses a state-of-the-art system, developed by our Technical Services Department. Our system allows us to track a variety of pertinent employee information, employee skills, and our clients. This enables us to respond to your needs in a timely manner.

We are committed to responding immediately to the staffing needs of our clients. All orders are time-logged when received by our staff, enabling us to provide your company with exceptional service.

On volume accounts we can offer automated timekeeping which eliminates manual tracking on a daily basis.

Group Time Sheets

For clients utilizing multiple employees, DSS offers Group Time Sheets for weekly tracking and a more simplistic approach for payroll process. With Group Time Sheets, employees sign in and out daily on the same sheet, and the client reviews and signs off on one sheet instead of multiple individual time sheets, thus saving them time.

Invoice Processing

DSS payroll is processed and invoiced out of our Fullerton office. This allows for immediate turnaround when potential invoice or paycheck issues arise. It also allows for added customization of invoices, in addition to customized management reporting. We offer many invoice options, tailored to your specific needs.

Our contingent workforce is paid on a weekly basis. Payment and hour tracking is accomplished through a simple time-sheet method.

Hours are input on a daily basis and checks are distributed at the end of each week.
