EMPLOYEE QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM
All DSS employees are monitored for on-the-job performance. On-going performance
evaluations maintain the exceptional quality of our employee’s performance
for the entire length of the assignment.
At the beginning of each new assignment, we call the appropriate
supervisor to verify that our employee has arrived safely. That
afternoon, we call to
evaluate the employee’s performance.
We measure service quality by monitoring employees assignment performance
and by asking our customers to provide feedback on performance with our
Assignment
Evaluations. This Quality Control Program helps us to regulate job performance
and maintain high standards of value. Prompt action is taken to improve
and identify any weaknesses or to compliment a job well done.
